While on a road trip from California, I received an overheating message on my 2015 X3. I brought the car to Axis. The staff were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They looked at my car right away and deduced the problem. I was in and out within 15 minutes with confidence that the X3 was fixed. I had no further problems with the car while driving back to California. Thanks Axis!

Vanlifer's driving trough a sand storm and had no more Turbo power with our Mercedes Sprinter Van, Ryan quickly cleaned our air filter full of Sand and fixed the check engine notification. On a trip from Canada.. I gave a hug to Ryan. Thank you so much Ryan, we will be able to return to Canada.

We are on a long trip from Canada and our Sprinter van with Mercedes engine was going limp and check engine light coming on on the hot climbs up Mesas north through Arizona and Utah. Axis Motorwerks was the only place we found in the entire Moab region that could do the work. What a great place! Ryan really knows his stuff and expertly tracked down the problem, got the parts and fixed it with clear explanations. Betsy and Ryan provided fabulous customer service and an accurate cost estimate. Well worth the drive to Grand Junction. They saved our trip. We’d use Axis Motorwerks as our regular mechanic if we could and highly recommend this excellent mechanic and business.

My car broke down on a road trip down to California and I was stuck on the side of i70 for hours waiting for a tow truck. During this I was searching for a shop to drop my car off at and got lucky enough to find Axis MotorWerks. From the second I connected on the phone with Betsy it was clear that this shop treats their customers as they would family or friends. I felt comfortable leaving my car there while I had to continue my trip. Ryan was very knowledgable and experienced with my vehicle and genuinely wanted to help me while Betsy did incredible with keeping me informed of the status of the car. If I lived in the area I would bring my car here again and again. Axis MotorWerks cares and values their customers immensely and are very knowledgable and professional. My husband and I have a Sprinter Mercedes Benz motorhome. Coming east on 70 we lost 1/2 power. My son found Axis Auto Werks online and called them for us. Betsy told him to have us bring it and Ryan would run a diagnostic test on it. Ryan was able to assist us in solving the issue. He advised us of other Mercedes dealers along our travels where we could get help if they problem arose again. Very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful being we are not from the area. Ryan was a Godsend as we were traveling cross country in our MINI convertible... and started seeing odd warning lights just before getting to Grand Junction in the evening. First thing in the morning I was waiting at Axis Motorwerks to get things checked out. He scanned the car, explained the issue (and how it was actually a non-issue, in terms of proceeding with my trip) and had me on my way in under 15 minutes. Thank you!

On a trip from Texas our Lexus GS broke down outside Grand Junction. I called several shops and none would work us in but Ryan FaceTimed with me to assess the engine and then dropped everything to diagnose our issue. Ryan seems very competent and caring, a great combination when you are in a bind. We will always be grateful for the way Ryan treated us and we look forward to having the car back on the road soon.

Update: Our Lexus required major engine work. Ryan did a great job on the repair and our car has been driving great for the couple of months since the repair. We are really grateful for Ryan!
